Target Pests: Fungus Gnat Larvae & Thrips Pupae
Description: Nematodes Sf are microscopic, parasitic worms that are great for controlling fungus gnat larvae and thrips pupae. They can be used for both active infestations and preventatively.
Indoor Life Expectancy: up to 20 weeks (outdoor varies based on conditions)
Plants Treated:
50 million: approx. 70-80
250 million: recommended for outdoor use or very large houseplant collections
Application: One packet contains millions of nematodes in a powder formulation. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, but always check the expiration date. Once you open the packet, you must use the entire contents.
Tip: Nematodes are not recommended for use in pon, leca, or other semi-hydro setups. For plants in non-soil substrates, you can use stratiolaelaps mites which also prey on fungus gnat larvae and thrips pupae.
